Our Vision

Founded by Jorge Cantú after 25 years of experience in various product development and operations roles at a global industry leader organization. Jorge founded and led for 10 years the Mexico Engineering Center at John Deere and was Head of Product Design Competencies for the Enterprise Technology & Engineering Center. Under his leadership, the Mexico center grew to 800+ positions across multiple product development, manufacturing and quality engineering functions.
